Biobarakuma Degi And APC, All Progressive Congress Deputy Governorship Candidate Was Disqualified Today November 12, Tuesday 2019 By The Federal High Court In Abuja.
A false information to the Independent National Electoral Commissioner (INEC) in his CF0001 form ahead of the November 16 Governorship election was reportedly submitted on his behalf which became an instrument and led to his disqualification.
During the long-talks in the court today, it was recorded that the documents bore different names.
